Tencent Expands TeamAI Handbook with New Agent Support and Scoped Rules

Two weeks after open-sourcing TeamAI-CLI, Tencent has expanded the TeamAI handbook to cover more agents, including kiro, GitHub Copilot, and Oh My Pi, with scoped configurations and branch-based learnings.
